This Privacy Policy explains how Cathedral Design BV ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data in connection with the website www.cathedral-design.be (the "Website"). It is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.

This Website is a simple corporate presence. It does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising, and it has no forms. As a result, it collects very little personal data — as explained below.

The Website does not use analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking technologies. Fonts are self-hosted, so visiting the Website does not share your data with third-party font or content networks. We use only the technically essential cookies (if any) needed for the Website to function.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Combell, automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit) in server logs. Purpose: security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Website available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you email us

The Website provides an email address (info@cathedral-design.be). If you choose to email us, we process the information you include (your email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding, or steps taken at your request.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

3. Our products and services

Cathedral Design BV is active in IT consultancy and travel technology. Two activities are presented on this Website:

IT consultancy — services delivered to client organisations under individual project agreements.
Mokily — our travel technology project. The Mokily mobile app and the mokily.com website each have their own separate privacy policies that govern the data processed there. This Website's policy does not cover them.

4. International transfers

If our hosting provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can request details at info@cathedral-design.be.

5. How long we keep data

Server logs: kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Email correspondence: kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email info@cathedral-design.be.
